The Project Information/Data Manager will be leading the maintenance engineering team for achieving maintenance readiness and will be the point of contact in information/Data management topics for the project team
Leading the Maintenance Information/Data management team.
Manage the SAP FLOC creation and equipment data collection effort
Manage the processing of equipment and maintenance data required for the new installation at start up, such as BOM, spare part and maintenance/reliability data, into the CMMS (SAP)
Manage the processing of documentation required for the new installation at start up, such as vendor documentation, into the documentation management system (NEXDOC)
Managing the validity of data content and helping in the data cross checking.
Coordinating that document management is coherent with the overall data management of the project and facility
Coordinating data and documentation requirements with project and engineering management
Manage the upload of all maintenance related data and documentation in the appropriate systems
Requirements
Being an effective coordinator with good communication skills
Extensive knowledge on review of maintenance related data
Extensive knowledge on data transfer to/from SAP
Bsc in engineering of equivalent
5 Years + experience in maintenance data related roles in the chemical industry
