Group Technical Expert Instrumentation

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical know-how through the issue of the Group Technical Standard and Group Technical Guideline
• Support the tendering activities by framing the proposals technical content (early, high level assessment of bid package).
• Ensure Technical Compliance with GTS and Technical Integrity of EPCI and Internal development Projects deliverables (attending key meetings and reviewing key deliverables)
• Provide Group wide technical support on specific expertise and sensitive technical issues (from feasibility to decommissioning)
• Develop and maintain technical Operations know-how through the issue of Operations Working Processes and Working Instructions

• Act as an Internal Expert and contribute to above activities, interacting with internal and external Stakeholders, keeping an eye on the state of the art, promoting best practices and technical solutions.

• Attend key meetings both from Monaco and around the world as required and during the full Life Cycle of our products (FPSO).

Requirements

• Engineering Degree or equivalent 
• Recognized authority at cross-entities level in his/her area(s) of expertise (typically 10 years in area(s) of expertise)
• Has a solid track-record across several functions in his/her area(s) of expertise and understands the full life cycle with strong experience in operating unit, have spent time to support operating unit.
• Strong conceptual skills: Quickly and accurately translate client requirements into feasible and presentable solutions.
• Understands cross-disciplines interfaces; actively builds and maintains relationships and animates a network across a variety of disciplines at cross-entities' level.
• High performing team player: Ask and give support to/from your team members to ensure the result of the team effort is balanced in its high conceptual maturity and quality.
• Excellent Communicator. Is able to deliver clear messages, present results in meetings with clients and adapts presentation style to the situation.
