Construction manager service (Offshore)

Responsibilities

• Reports to the AC package manager
• Coordinates client reps (safety, structural, corrosion protection and potentially other discipline)
• Is responsible (from client point of view) for:
• Quality control (risk based)
• Progress reporting
• Health Safety and Environmental control of the EPC contractor (risk based) (with support from the HSE officer)
• Staffing plan for client reps
• Hiring + integration of client reps (introduction to project, follow-up,…)
• Review of method statements, Risk analysis, procedures (ensuring Quality and timely completion by EPC contractor)
• Shall pro-actively identify risks + opportunities and propose mitigation plans
• Is the SPOC for construction towards the EPC contractor
• Is supported by discipline leads/engineers (structural, utilities, High Voltage,…)
• Coordinates with other disciplines within the team

• HSE

Requirements

• You have at least 10 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in the offshore sector is a must
• Experience with topside Fabrication is a must
• Working knowledge of structural and corrosion protection is a large plus
• Working knowledge of other disciplines (Electrical, Instrumentation, Telecom, Mechanical,…) is a plus
• Education: Engineer (preferably structural)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Working in team and structured
• A quick learner
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
