Maintenance Planner / Scheduler

Responsibilities

• As a Maintenance Planner / Scheduler you are responsible for:
• Planning camera inspections of sewer systems, including required temporary bypass operations.
• Interpreting camera inspections together with the inspection team and determining the appropriate repair method.
• Creating work packages and schedules.
• Liaising with contractor companies to ensure necessary resources are available.

Requirements

• Efficiency mindset; project experience is a plus; knowledge and experience in work planning.
• Previous experience in a similar role. Ideally, previous experience in sewer repair activities.
• Dutch language proficiency is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering within a relevant discipline, appropriate certifications within the discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly and concisely convey recommendations to management.
• Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software programs.
• Experience with selected planning and scheduling software.
• Demonstrates good leadership skills during work team meetings by removing barriers, coordinating action items, and monitoring the cost profile in relation to the work plan and cost estimates.
