Work as a Commissioning Engineer – Rabah Chahboun

My name is Rabah Chahboun and I am a Commissioning Engineer/Technician at STAR. My work is varied: from commissioning to assisting with the start-up of units, as well as following procedures that are conducted in phases.

I work at STAR because my co-workers within the group make me feel that I am part of a family rather than just a number. Communication is always excellent, and everything is always followed up.

What is nice about STAR is that someone is always available for a chat. I feel looked after and am not just left to my own devices. STAR always does its utmost to help and find a solution if I need anything (e.g. arranging a replacement car, replacement equipment, work clothes, etc.).

What I like about my job is the variation in projects. When one project ends, STAR has already arranged the next for me. That keeps things fun and interesting.
