TA Scheduler (Primavera)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed turnaround (TA) schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling software.

• Work closely with planners to convert job plans and work packages into a comprehensive execution schedule.

• Integrate activities across disciplines including mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, scaffolding, insulation, and painting.

• Coordinate with procurement and logistics to ensure materials and equipment availability is reflected in the schedule.

• Monitor progress and update schedules during pre-turnaround and execution phases.

• Analyze schedule variances and provide forecasts and corrective action recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• 5–10 years of experience in the oil and gas or construction industry
• On-site project experience & TA experience is mandatory 
• Fluency in English is required
• Knowledge of Swedish is an advantage
