Site Manager Electrical

Responsibilities

• Full operational leadership of E&I and high-voltage activities on site.

• Coordination of contractors, subcontractors and internal teams.

• Control of planning, quality, safety and budget.

• Proactive identification and resolution of technical and organisational issues.

• Ensuring correct execution in line with engineering, standards and procedures.

• Daily monitoring of progress, risks and constraints.

• Reporting to the project lead on site status, risks and action points.

• Ensuring compliance with HSE rules and site procedures.

• Supporting testing, commissioning and handover activities where required.

Requirements

• Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in site management within industrial projects.

• Strong technical background in Electrical & Instrumentation.

• Proven experience with high-voltage installations.

• Experience in complex project environments (brownfield/greenfield).

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and reporting capabilities.

• Ability to lead, challenge and coordinate multiple contractors.

• Fluent in English (Dutch is a strong asset).

• Available at short notice.

• Willing to work full-time on site in the Antwerp area.
