Shift Production Engineer

Responsibilities

• As a Shift Production Engineer you are responsible to assist and coordinate activities when process / technical breakdowns occur.
• You identify, analyze and solve bottlenecks and yield losses in the production department. 
• You use the IMEx work system to organize and monitor daily operations and  improvement initiatives.
• You provide training to production team members.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in technical/ scientific field (Industrial Engineering, Bio-engineering, Pharmacy) or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of PLC/HMI systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with quick process comprehension.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.
• Organized, detail-oriented and a proactive team player.
• Flexible with a hands-on mentality and focus on continuous improvement.
• Fluent in Dutch with a good command of English.
