The Senior Construction Methods Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing construction methods, standards, best practices and know how to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety during the planning, engineering and execution of construction projects.
Your responsibilities include developing and delivering construction methodologies tailored to project requirements, considering factors such as materials, site conditions, and project requirements and schedule.
You address and resolve complex construction challenges, applying constructability principles to develop robust and effective solutions.
You provide guidance and advanced technical expertise on construction techniques to the project / site team, ensuring best practices are followed.
You maintain comprehensive records of construction methods, changes, outcomes and Lessons Learned for future reference and continuous improvement.
You actively participate to department improvement program, through cross analyses, workshops, reporting and/or Construction Methods standards development.
Requirements
At least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Construction Management, or a related field.
At least 8 years of experience with knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and HSSE regulations combined with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including proficiency in construction management software and tools.
