Project Validation Coordinator

Responsibilities

• As a Project Validation Coordinator, you coordinate validation and planning activities for Capital Projects. 
• You support the project lead in coordinating the project team to achieve defined deliverables and timelines. 
• You prepare the validation project plan, consolidate inputs, maintain the project schedule, and clearly communicate the validation strategy to the team, management, and inspectors. 
• You continuously monitor both the validation approach and overall planning, flag potential issues, and adjust or escalate when needed. 
• You coach project engineers in validation and quality systems, ensuring good validation practices and high-quality deliverables. 
• You facilitate and document quality system risk assessment activities. 
• You act as the Validation sub-team lead within the project structure. 
• You serve as a bridge between Engineering and other departments. 
• You assist in identifying and evaluating planning risks and defining mitigation strategies. 
• You contribute to management communication and reporting. 

Requirements

• Master's degree in a scientific discipline (e.g. Engineering, Bio-engineering, Pharmacy)
• 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. 
• Knowledge of validation and quality management systems. 
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements (preferred).
• Experience as audit spokesperson (preferred).
• Strong organizational and structured working skills. 
• Excellent social and communication skills. 
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
