Project Engineer Product Support

Responsibilities

• As Project Engineer Launch Excellence, you manage validation activities for the introduction of new products on site. 
• You validate and document formulation, filling, shipping, and packaging processes. 
• You execute and document urgent quality investigations. 
• You perform risk assessments and define mitigation measures. 
• You support and implement process and system changes linked to product launches. 
• You coordinate planning, issue resolution, and project reporting. 
• You collaborate with other teams and contribute to continuous improvement. 
• You deliver tasks accurately and on time within established procedures. 

Requirements

• Master or PhD in bio-engineering, pharmacy, biochemistry, biotechnology, or equivalent. 
• Knowledge of GMP and risk assessment. 
• Experience in validation and coordination. 
• Skilled in technical writing. 
• Organized, accurate and quality-focused. 
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset. 
• Proactive, team-oriented and good communicator. 
• Open to occasional shift work.  
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
