Project Engineer Filling

Responsibilities

• As Project Engineer Filling, you contribute to engineering projects on filling equipment to ensure reliable and compliant supply of medicines.
• You take ownership of assigned equipment packages within multidisciplinary project teams.
• You plan, coordinate, and manage project activities from specification through design, installation, validation, and start-up.
• You oversee upgrades and new installations of filling equipment such as filling lines, isolators, depyrogenation tunnels, and washers.
• You monitor project progress and anticipate next phases across technical, organizational, and validation aspects.
• You structure and resolve complex technical issues in a transparent and methodical way.
• You communicate proactively with stakeholders across engineering, production, technical services, and external partners.
• You support activities across different environments including cleanroom areas and construction sites.
• You adapt your work across project phases, from documentation and design reviews to site follow-up and equipment testing.
• You ensure safety, compliance, innovation, and cost efficiency throughout project execution.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in engineering or scientific field (industrial, civil, bio-engineering, or equivalent).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 
• Strong organizational and planning skills. 
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset. 
• Ability to work both independently and together.
• Flexible, proactive, and assertive mindset. 
• Experience in GMP or aseptic environments is a strong plus. 
• Experience with validation, project coordination and/or contractor manager is a plus. 
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
