As a Medior Buyer, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of procurement activities and supporting the sourcing needs of a critical operational business. You will work closely with technical specialists, project teams, and suppliers to ensure goods and services are sourced efficiently and in line with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, coordinate, and execute tender and sourcing processes.
Request, evaluate, and compare supplier quotations.
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, delivery schedules, and contract conditions.
Draft, manage, and monitor supplier contracts and framework agreements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Identify market developments and supply chain opportunities.
Provide procurement advice to technical, operational, and project teams.
Ensure procurement activities align with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, or a similar role.
Experience with tendering, sourcing processes, and contract management.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Prefered Professional proficiency in both Dutch and English.
Analytical mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach.
Ability to operate independently while effectively engaging with multiple departments.
