Mechanical Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all mechanical construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
• Supervise the execution of mechanical work, including installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project schedules.
• Ensure that all mechanical work adheres to relevant codes, regulations, and quality requirements.
• Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective problem-solving throughout the construction process.

Requirements

• EPC Contractor Experience: Proven track record working with EPC contractors on large-scale projects.
• Ethane Cracker Experience: Specific experience in the construction of ethane crackers is required.
• Chemical Industry: Experience in chemical plant construction is highly advantageous.
• Spanish Contractors: Experience working with Spanish contractors is a significant plus.
