Project is in search of Control & Instrument engineer to work within client (owners) engineering team for FEED (FEL 3).
Reporting to Lead Control & Instrument Engineer, position will provide technical direction and oversight of E&P contractor, ensuring safe design and cost effective application of standards.
The role will also entail seeking input from operation and site projects team from the refineries.
Requirements
10+ years of demonstrable experience in relevant discipline engineering position.
Experience of EPC environment in PMC role for major projects with a track record of delivery demonstrating technical, commercial and project management skills.
Strong experience in wider Instrumentation and Control engineering subdisciplines (Functional safety, field instrumentation, control systems etc…).
Experience of instrumentation& control systems equipment specification, procurement, & installation.
Experience in brownfield modification of Instrumentation & Control System.
Pragmatic decision maker, willing to challenge and ensure engineering value is delivered.
Experience in refining, chemical or O&G industry’s Instrumentation & Control system.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the project team, Contractors, and engineering leadership.
Knowledge of following discipline related international standards:
Automation System digital security standards (e.g. IEC- 62443)
