HVAC Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Team Supervision: Overseeing the daily operations of HVAC technicians, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring work quality.
• Project Management: Coordinating the installation and repair of HVAC systems in residential, commercial, or industrial buildings. This involves ensuring timely completion of projects and staying within budget.
• Quality Control and Safety Compliance: Ensuring that HVAC systems meet industry standards and regulatory codes, and that all work is performed safely according to company policies and safety regulations.
• Training and Development: Providing guidance and training to team members on new HVAC technologies, troubleshooting techniques, and updated safety procedures.
• Client Interaction: Communicating with clients regarding project status, providing estimates for new projects, and addressing any concerns or issues during the installation or repair process.
• Inventory and Equipment Management: Ensuring that the team has the necessary tools, parts, and equipment to complete their jobs, and that inventory levels are maintained.
• Documentation and Reporting: Keeping accurate records of all work performed, including maintenance logs, equipment inspections, and cost estimations for repairs or replacements.

• Proven experience as a Supervisor HVAC
• EPC  Projects
• English
