Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer in the field of electrical energy technology with knowledge of medium voltage distribution systems? Do you enjoy being part of a project team with enthusiastic technicians? Then read on! Our team focuses on the order execution of medium voltage distribution systems within the data center industry. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for system delivery, technical design, factory testing, and commissioning activities. The tasks are diverse and include creating electrical designs, sizing and setting electrical protections.  Job Responsibilities

• Engineering tasks in the office/home, such as:
• Configuring MV distribution systems and aligning interfaces with our (international) clients.
• Checking technical designs.
• Addressing technical issues.
• Writing assembly and commissioning plans.
• Testing activities on-site and in our factories.
• Tracking the progress of tasks and resolving technical outstanding issues.
• Placing orders and assessing the commercial impact of additional work required.
• Collaborating with an experienced lead engineer.

 

Requirements

• Completed MTS or HTS education in electrical engineering (minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in international projects).
• Flexible work attitude, practical and result-oriented. Communicative, involved, stress-resistant, and energized by working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to undertake short assignments on-site both domestically and internationally (10% on-site).
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license (Category B).
• Experience with MV distribution systems and protection relays.
