Discipline Manager Instrumentation Engineering

Responsibilities

• Overall responsible for the Instrumentation engineering discipline 
• Day to day management of the employees of the discipline.
• Coaching with regard to career planning, education and training possibilities
• Monitor projects on budget, progress and quality
• Manplanning, resourcing and hiring/acquiring new personnel
• QA/QC

Requirements

• Bsc or Msc
• Dutch speaking
• Worked for engineering company for at least 15 years
• Experienced in Greenfield lumpsum projects
• Minimum 15 years experience in Instrumentation FEED, Basic and detailed engineering
• Minimum 8 years of experience in managing Instrumentation engineering teams during detailed engineering
• Experience with international clients and different cultures
• Excellent communication skills and editing skills
• Solution-oriënted attitude
• "Well-developed sense of responsibility"
• Experienced in Automation, Telecommunication, F&G and functional safety
• Experienced with offshore platform design
• Experienced with HV substations design
