Take orders (EDI, Fax and Mail OCR,), run and follow up the client orders (Hospitals,
Wholesalers, street Pharmacy, Samples to Doctors, Medical need programs and Clinical Trials) in SAP.
Follow-up of goods returns and related credit notes - Ensure that we deliver On Time In Full (OTIF) by monitoring the backorders, the carriers and 3PL;
Collect, file, analyze, manage the customer complaints and, if necessary, co-ordinate with 3pl, Carriers and HSP’s;
Answer customers on questions linked to Logistics and Customer service.
Make proposals to improve the efficiency of the organization and the Logistics services. (You will manage 90 days projects to optimize the specific processes.)

Ideally you have a logistics experience and general experience and knowledge of google suite and SAP (sales and distribution) is an asset.

You have high standards in behaving consistently in compliance to Roche Code of conduct, local Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), local- and deontological requirements.
You are conscientiously, well organized, flexible, structured, discrete, accurate, able to set priorities and sociable.
You are a good communicator and have excellent writing and communications skills in French, Dutch and English
You are a team player and willing to work for several persons in an international environment
You have solid experience working with an ERP system.
You work autonomous, you have a sense for initiative and proactivity
Bachelor in Office Management, or equivalent by experience, Masters also possible
