Contracts Administration Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

• Develop Contract Strategy Plans aligned with client requirements
• Oversee procurement, tendering, and contract administration
• Ensure proper documentation and execution of all contracts
• Implement contract management procedures with Construction Manager
• Monitor contractor compliance and maintain documentation for audits
• Manage payment certificates, variation orders and insurance verification
• Coordinate commercial meetings and cost reporting
• Oversee contract close-out, completion certification and archiving

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
• Additional qualifications (FIDIC, NEC) desired
• 10+ years' Contract Administration experience
• Experience with large-scale Life Sciences/Pharma projects
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluent in German and English
• EU work authorization or Blue Card eligibility preferred
