Warranty Contract Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing Main Contracts.
• Manage and expedite contract deliverables and requirements.
• Monitor performance and compliance with contractual obligations, expedite disciplines where necessary, and highlight potential areas of concern.
• Ensure commercial and contractual awareness across the Project Team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Achieve and maintain total auditability of all commercial and contractual dealings, including clear record-keeping and regular commercial reporting.
• Provide contract feedback during the life of the project.
• Ensure effective management of the Guarantee period.

Requirements

• Degree or MBA in one of the following disciplines (Business Management, Law, Construction Law, Engineering or Quantity Surveying)
• 5 to 10 years of experience in contract management including EPCI, subcontract management.
• Broad experience in sales and lease contracts, in executing contract negotiation.
• Experience of project execution interface.
