Project Validation Coordinator

Responsibilities

• As Project Validation Coordinator, you coordinate validation and planning activities within capital investment projects. 
• You support the project lead in guiding the project team toward achieving validation-related deliverables and timelines. 
• You develop, consolidate, and maintain the overall validation project plan and reports, and communicate the validation strategy to project teams, management, and inspectors. 
• You monitor progress, assess risks and impacts, and adjust or escalate issues when necessary. 
• You coach project engineers on validation and quality systems, ensuring compliance with good validation practices. 
• You facilitate and document risk assessments and provide input for management communication and reporting. 
• You maintain the overall project schedule, track milestones, and identify potential conflicts or planning risks. 
• You act as a liaison between Engineering and other departments, promoting effective collaboration and smooth project execution. 
• You serve as the validation sub-team lead within the project structure. 

Requirements

• Master's degree in a scientific or technical discipline (e.g., Engineering, Bioengineering, Pharmacy).
• Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience. 
• Knowledge of validation principles, Quality Management Systems (QMS), and relevant regulatory requirements. 
• Experience as an audit spokesperson is an advantage. 
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. 
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
