Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team, ensuring adherence to work processes and accountability for results
• Align project schedule with business/operations objectives and monitor progress
• Develop and implements EH&S and other plans to meet goals
• Ensure smooth transition to Operations and Maintenance
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates
• Foster a work environment focused on integrity, safety, and productivity
• Monitor engineering assistance and small projects
• Manage resource allocation and communicate with relevant representatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus project management, engineering, manufacturing or related experience required
• Fluent in English, knowledge of Dutch is preferred
• Independent Skills: Proactive self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
• Influential Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and guide a cross-functional team through all project phases
• Project Management Skills: Expertise in managing project schedules, resources, and progress to align with business objectives
• Communication: Strong skills in effectively communicating with stakeholders and providing regular updates
• Resource Management Skills: Proficiency in securing and managing resources, including staffing and allocation
• Planning and Implementation: Experience in developing and implementing plans
• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of technical discipline engineering subjects
