Well Services Engineer

As an Engineer in Offshore & Shipbuilding, you play a crucial role in creating safe, sustainable and efficient projects on or offshore. From shipbuilding to floating offshore platforms.

Responsibilities

• The Well Services Engineer is responsible for the design, planning, and execution of well intervention operations across the operated assets, with a focus on production optimization, operational excellence, and cost efficiency.
• The engineer interfaces closely with production engineers, offshore supervisors, and multiple internal and external stakeholders to safely execute well prepared operations, and continuously improve standards and procedures. 
• Well Intervention Planning & Execution
• Work with Production Engineers to align intervention scope with production objectives
• Prepare well intervention designs, cost estimates, and programs, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations
• Coordinate with operations teams to plan and schedule activities, ensuring readiness of equipment, personnel, and documentation.
• • Supervise the offshore execution indirectly via Well Services Supervisors, and provide troubleshooting support where needed.Operational Oversight & Close-Out
• Ensure QA/QC of intervention equipment and contractor-provided tools.
• Maintain oversight of daily operations reporting, including technical and cost tracking.
• Lead the close-out process including performance reviews, documentation, and capturing lessons learned.
