Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage logistics & warehouse activities across multiple locations:

• On-site storage (inside the fence).

• Fabrication yard (close by).

• Laydown areas (outside the fence).

• Main tasks; - Maintain a detailed overview of all shipments arriving at site - Collect and file the shipping documentation for all items received - Perform and document material receipt inspection checks of received equipment, prepare MRIR and OS&D reports as required - Ensure that all items are stored as per requirements (e.g. outdoor, indoor, temperature-controlled, etc. as applicable) - Maintain an overview of all equipment wrt. status; location, preservation status, punches - Communicate with Discipline Leads and Sub-Contractor personnel the material status
   

  Engagement

• Workload expected to fluctuate with project needs.

• Base contract ~50% fixed with possibility for extra hours when required (to be agreed during the project). setup need to be discussed with the client but this idea was looking good. If the candidate is full time - we need to be solution driven and see if he/she can support on other workscopes

• Duration aligned with construction and installation phases (~9 months).

Requirements

• Background in warehouse, logistics, or material management within construction or industrial projects.

• Knowledge of material handling, storage requirements, and site logistics.

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

• Experience working with EPC/EPCM projects or petrochemical environments is an advantage.

• Flexible and proactive mindset to handle fluctuating workload.

• Local candidate from Gothenburg / Stenungsund / Uddevalla area preferred.
