• Shall lead the complete Instrumentation engineering section 
• Responsible for the technical quality 
• Responsible for the resourcing on the projects 

Requirements

• Bsc or Msc
• Worked for engineering company for at least 8 years
• Minimum 4 years of experience in managing a team 
• Excellent communication skills and editing skills
• Solution-oriënted attitude;
• Well-developed sense of responsibility
• Experienced in greenfield Automation and Telecommunication detailed engineering 
• Experienced with offshore platform design
• Experienced with HV substations design
• Familiar with E3D
• Proficient in Smart Plant instrumentation
