Coordinating day-to-day Electrical work execution in accordance with the turnaround schedule and safety protocols.
Monitoring and guiding contractor teams to ensure adherence to project specifications, engineering standards, and industry best practices.
Ensuring proper installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including motors, switchgear, control panels, transmitters, and process analyzers.
Identifying and resolving technical issues or work constraints in collaboration with plant engineers, planners, and HSE personnel.
Conducting quality inspections, verifying work completions, and ensuring documentation is accurately maintained.
Supporting pre-commissioning and start-up activities as needed, ensuring systems are fully functional and meet operational readiness criteria.
All work is to be performed in compliance with plant safety regulations, environmental requirements, and turnaround performance objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
5–10 years of experience in the oil and gas or construction industry
On-site project experience & TA experience is mandatory
