Document Control & Filing – Maintain, update, and control all turnaround documents, work packs, permits, drawings, and ensure proper archiving of close-out records.
Administrative Support – Organize meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, arrange travel/site access, manage contractor onboarding, and handle office supplies.
Reporting & Communication – Compile and distribute daily/weekly TA progress reports, update KPIs, and support management with presentations and dashboards.
Cost & Procurement Assistance – Track purchase requisitions, service orders, invoices, contractor timesheets, and assist in budget and cost variance reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
5–10 years of experience in the oil and gas or construction industry
On-site project experience & TA experience is mandatory
