Modular Construction Project Manager / Coordinator

Responsibilities

• The Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the timely installation of The Client's Modules by the client’s subcontractors. You will act as the main liaison for our company on the data center construction site.
• This includes serving as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the Main Contractor and all internal teams in Charleroi (transport, engineering, production, etc.).
• Responsability that our modules are very good installed
• Maintain regular contact and good relationship with the client’s teams and subcontractors.
• Supervise activities with the General Contractor: ensure smooth communication between all teams and stakeholders, making sure everyone understands the installation process.
• Risk Management: proactively identify potential issues related to the installation.
• Problem Solving: address issues that arise during installation and find effective solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Bachelor or Engineering (Electromechanics, Electrical or Mechanical)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination.
• Prior experience with data center installations/construction.

• Time Management: Managing a client involves prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and optimizing efficiency.
• Adaptability and Decision-Making: Ability to adapt to changes and adjust plans accordingly. Must be able to react quickly in case of a problem.
• Leadership: Ability to motivate and guide the project team without necessarily having formal hierarchical authority over all members.
• Team Spirit: Internal collaboration is often necessary. The Project Coordinator must work closely with the teams in Belgium and the subcontractors on-site.
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Strong organizational skills.
