As Maintenance E&I Specialist, you will ensure that equipment in the assigned area is kept in optimal condition by organizing, commissioning and monitoring maintenance and project construction activities. The Maintenance Specialist is the first point of contact when working in the plant for contractors and oversees the efficient execution of work in accordance with internal and external HSEQ requirements.
You work together in a team of several Maintenance specialists E&I, Analyzer specialists and technicians. In addition, you have good relationships with the other specialists (rotating and static), the engineers, the planning, with operations and with contractors and supervisors. You ensure that preventive maintenance work is scheduled first. And you deal with break ins as best you can (corrective maintenance), but try to keep this to a minimum. The goal is to work more systematically, more preventive than corrective. You keep an overview of all E&I work running simultaneously and prioritize.
You keep as much as possible to the kpi's set for time, quality and budget within which the faults must be solved and report to Supervisor E&I. You think along with improvement and digitalization of the maintenance work processes.

You bring
- Technical HBO education or MBO+ E&I maintenance;
- For HBO at least 2 years of work experience and for MBO at least 5 years of relevant E&I maintenance experience in a similar industrial environment;
- Knowledge of ATEX and HVAC is important;
- Experience with SAP is a plus;
