Lead Structural service (Offshore)

Responsibilities

• Reports to the AC or DC substation package manager
• Coordinates engineers and experts.
• Is responsible for managing the structural steel and layouting aspects of the substations:
  • Contact person for EPC Contractor
  • Detailed engineering of offshore substations
  • Corrosion protection
  • Accessible and maintainability of the substations
  • Quality control (including third party approval)
• Coordinates with other disciplines within the team
  • Utilities
  • HV equipment
  • Civil Works
  • Other packages
  • T&I

Requirements

• You have at least 8 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in the offshore sector is a plus
• Experience with structural engineering of offshore platforms is a large plus
• Education: Engineer (preferably structural)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Working in team and structured
• A quick learner
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Fluent in English (Dutch, French is a plus)
