Are you ready to contribute to large-scale international projects within the energy and offshore industry? For a leading international organization, we are looking for an experienced Vendor Document Expeditor / Document Controller. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and expediting documentation flows within complex EPC projects.
You will work closely with suppliers, project teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure all technical documentation is delivered accurately, completely, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor vendor documentation activities across multiple projects
Act as the main point of contact for vendor documentation-related queries
Track and manage document schedules in line with project deadlines
Participate in package gate meetings and project review sessions
Expedite internal document review workflows and follow up on outstanding actions
Identify and resolve bottlenecks within documentation processes
Liaise with suppliers and document control teams to ensure timely document submission
Provide reporting and updates to project management and procurement teams
Support and guide document expeditors assigned to projects
Assist during project close-out activities and documentation handover processes
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in document control and/or document expediting
HBO degree or equivalent working/thinking level
Experience working on EPC projects
Experience supervising or coordinating small teams
Strong understanding of document management and project coordination processes
Experience working in multicultural and international environments
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with material expediting
Knowledge of procurement and package management processes
Familiarity with quality control, inspections, and commissioning activities
