Instrumentation Proposal Engineer

Responsibilities

• Worked for engineering company for at least 12 years
• Experienced in supporting proposal processes for EPC offshore platform projects 
• Experienced with offshore platform design
• Experienced with HV substations design
• Experienced in greenfield Automation and Telecommunication detailed engineering
• Experienced in preparing specs and TBE for SCADA/ DCS system
• Experienced in preparing specs and TBE for telecommunication systems like CCTV, PAGA, radio systems, LAN, WiFi, etc.
• Experienced in preparing specs and TBE for Fire and Gas detection system
• Experienced in conceptual engineering activities related to 
• - Automation architectural network diagrams
• - Telecommunication Architectural network diagrams
• - Control- , safeguarding and telecommunication Philosophies
• - Platform plot studies
• - Material budget estimation
• - Manhour estimation
• Conversant with National and International codes: IEC, ANSI, IEEE, ISO, NFPA, NEMA, API, etc.
