Hull Engineering Project Manager

As an Engineer in the petrochemical sector, you play a leading role in the design, development and improvement of a plant and you work closely together on the largest projects. Together with a team of experts, you will provide efficient and sustainable solutions that meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• As Hull Engineering Project Manager, you are responsible for defining, planning, and executing the engineering scope of hull-related activities within budget and schedule.
• You ensure design integrity and compliance with all contractual, regulatory, and internal standards.
• This includes assembling and managing a multi-disciplinary engineering team, leading design reviews, obtaining necessary approvals and certifications, and working closely with internal departments, classification societies, and other stakeholders.
• You are also responsible for embedding lessons learned into future projects.

Requirements

• You are based within Europe due to desired onboarding as of September 1st. 
• You hold a BSc or MSc in a relevant engineering field (e.g., Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, Structural) and bring 10+ years of engineering experience, including site work, team leadership, and multi-disciplinary international projects.
• Experience with FPSO, construction, and managing international teams is essential.
• Strong communication skills in English and a willingness to travel are required.
