High Voltage Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead design, installation, and commissioning of high voltage electrical systems (11kV-33kV)
• Manage HV substation integration and utility connections for data center power feeds
• Coordinate with utility providers, contractors, and internal stakeholders on power delivery schedules
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and data center industry requirements
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and energization of HV equipment and switchgear
• Manage HV project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols for HV work activities
• Provide technical guidance to electrical teams and review HV design documentation
• Interface with client representatives and regulatory authorities on HV matters

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification
• Minimum 8+ years experience in high voltage electrical systems (11kV-132kV)
• Proven track record leading HV projects in data centers, industrial facilities, or critical infrastructure
• Professional engineering license or equivalent certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of HV equipment: transformers, switchgear, protection systems, cables
• Experience with utility interconnections and grid connection processes
• Understanding of data center power architecture and redundancy requirements
• Excellent project management and leadership capabilities
