Functional Application Specialist 3DX – Fluids (Piping, HVAC, and Mechanical)

• Join us as Functional Application Specialist 3DX – Fluids (Piping, HVAC, and Mechanical) and spearhead the development and design of engineering functionalities within our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platform, particularly the 3Dexperience (3DX) platform.
• Your contributions will drive efficiency and effectiveness across our engineering processes, leaving a tangible impact on our projects.
• Key accountabilities
• As Functional Application Specialist 3DX – Fluids (Piping, HVAC, and Mechanical) your responsibilities will include:
• Translate engineering business processes into functional specifications for the application.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze issues and devise innovative solutions.
• Develop and implement streamlined application processes.
• Maintain productive relationships with suppliers and knowledge partners.
• Manage interfaces between applications and oversee user rights within the system.
• Oversee catalogues, libraries, specifications, and project-related data setup.
• Organize and coordinate application-related training courses in partnership with the Manager of Engineering Support.
• Provide functional support to PLM/CAD users.
• Prepare and develop 3DX training materials, tips, application documentation, and user manuals.
• (Potentially) Perform activities as a Functional Application Specialist for Cadmatic (Outfitting) on our legacy tooling platform.

Requirements

• Permanent EU citizenship and passport are both required. Candidates with EU (work) visa or with both an EU and non-EU nationality and/or passport are not eligible in accordance with the requirements imposed by the military nature of our projects.
• Bachelor degree or proven competence in engineering, preferably in the field of Piping, HVAC, or Mechanical.
• Proficiency with the Dassault 3Dexperience (3DX) platform. Ideally, familiarity with the Cadmatic (Outfitting) application as well.
• Knowledge of PLM principles and experience in functional application management.
• Excellent command of the English language, with proficiency in Dutch being advantageous.
• Ability to work in Vlissingen, The Netherlands.
• Excellent references, as a security screening is part of the hiring process.
• Compensation range for this payroll position:
• From €48,000 to €75,000 gross per year based on fulltime (40 hours per week) excl. holiday allowance etc.
