As an Engineer Instrumentation & Process Control you have a fairly broad and challenging range of tasks.
You will have an active and challenging role in the design and calculation of installations for industrial projects.
You will be jointly responsible for translating the customer's wishes into your designs. This includes taking care of the estimates, drawing up cost estimates, writing advisory reports, determining instrumentation specifications and solving industrial automation issues.
The ultimate goal is to achieve a desired result together with the client, for example reducing emissions or energy savings and safe installations.
You are responsible for making calculations for engineering and assembly activities, in line with the project requirements.
You work out project specifications and draw up functional descriptions and specifications for PLC, SCADA and DCS systems.
You will also evaluate and provide supplements to P&IDs and draw up BOD / BEDEP documents, instrument data sheets and I/O lists. You make the choice which instruments and systems best fit a design.
A proven track record as an Engineer Instrumentation, preferably at an engineering firm
Broad experience with the above mentioned concepts, knowledge of (field) instruments and suppliers of components and systems;
A pragmatic attitude in combination with good commitment;
Good cooperation with colleagues, a team player;
Good command of the English language and willingness to master the Dutch language in the short term;
