Electrical Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate draftsmen in preparing shop drawings for cable containment and other electrical systems.
• Develop shop drawings for stub-up projects and earthing bondings based on IFC drawings.
• Review and adapt IFC drawings to ensure accurate and complete conversion into shop drawings.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of drawings according to project and industry standards.
• Collaborate with other disciplines and departments to ensure seamless project execution.
• Identify potential technical challenges and proactively provide solutions.
• Report progress and challenges regarding drawings to the project manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master Degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field).
• Proficiency in Electrical Design Software
• Strong Knowledge of Electrical Codes and Standards.
• Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills to optimize designs and troubleshoot electrical systems.
• Experience in Oil & Gas is a plus.
