Discipline Manager E&I Design

Responsibilities

• Overall responsible for the E&I design discipline
• Day to day management of the employees of the discipline.
• Coaching with regard to career planning, education and training possibilities
• Monitor projects on budget, progress and quality
• Manplanning , resourcing and hiring/acquiring new personnel
• QA/QC

Requirements

• Bsc 
• Dutch speaking
• Worked for engineering company for at least 15 years
• Experienced in Green field lumpsum projects
• Minimum 15 years experience in E&I design in Basic and detailed engineering projects
• Minimum 8 years of experience in managing E&I design teams during detailed engineering
• Experience with international clients and different cultures
• Excellent communication skills and editing skills
• Solution-oriënted attitude
• "Well-developed sense of responsibility"
• Experienced in E&I design incl HV/MV/LV, telecommunication, F&G detection, process automation 
• Experienced with offshore platform design
• Experienced with HV substations design
