Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Review plot plans, layouts, site prep, and constructability.
• Define Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, and Mechanical Completion strategies.
• Develop the Construction Execution Plan (CEP) and HSE strategy.
• Support cost estimation and subcontractor selection.

• Ensure HSE compliance and drive Construction & Commissioning.
• Develop and implement the CEP and mobilize field teams.
• Oversee subcontractor selection, audits, and tie-ins.

• Manage HSE, constructability, cost, progress, and QA/QC.
• Oversee inspections, logistics, reporting, and project closeout.

• Ensure contract compliance and attend design reviews.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and approve RFQs & orders.
• Supervise pre-commissioning and Mechanical Completion (MC) handover.
• Implement Lessons Learned for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Master Degree Engineering (or Equivalent)
• Minimum 10 yrs of working experience in Project/Construction Management
• Mastery English Business Level
• Specific Training / Specialist Skills
• High Degree of Computer Literacy
• Vast knowledge of Contracts & Budgets
• High knowledge of HSE Requirements on Construction site
• Previous knowledge of Chemical Installation
• Technical Experience, preferably Maintenance / Project Environment working with contractors
• Comprehensive Onshore Construction and investment Project Experience
• Working Experience in multicultural environments
• Experience of fuel refining plants
• Experience of energy transition projects
