Cleaning Validation Engineer

Responsibilities

• As a Cleaning Validation Engineer you are responsible for the successful validation of mainly CIP processes.
• You execute cleaning validation activities.
• You evaluate the analytical results of the samples in relation to the validation studies.
• You generate validation documents (cleaning validation protocols and reports).
• You report on regular times.
• You engage with manufacturing and technical support functions to resolve issues quickly as they arise through the validation execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor or master degree in scientific discipline
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical plant qualification
• Knowledge of cleaning validation, including the CIP/COP methodology
• Good understanding of the regulatory GMP requirements in EU and US for biotech operations, knowledge of EU and US Pharmacopoeia
• Literate in computer operating systems and applications such as Windows, MS Word and Excel
• Able to communicate and write documentation in English and Dutch
• Results oriented with good organizational skills
• Able to working in an very flexible schedule
• Strong quality and safety focus
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience working in a team based environment
