Process Engineering Leader

Responsibilities

• We are seeking an experienced Swedish speaking Senior Process Engineer with a strong background in the biogas industry to join our team.
• You will play a key role in supporting both development projects and permit processes across multiple sites in Sweden, while collaborating closely with our engineering team in Italy.
• Lead and support the design, development, and permit processes for biogas projects.
• Provide technical guidance to local and international teams, ensuring smooth cooperation with our engineering hub in Italy.
• Contribute to the adaptation of project solutions to meet local requirements and regulations.
• Oversee construction activities and practical site work where needed, including groundwork phases.
• Ensure compliance with Swedish environmental and safety regulations.
• Support multiple projects in different stages of development, from early design to commissioning.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the biogas industry, including strong process knowledge.
• Previous involvement in permit processes and regulatory compliance.
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
• Fluent in Swedish and proficient in English.
• Willingness to travel within Sweden and to Italy. Can sit anywhere in Sweden.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work with multi-site, cross-cultural teams.
