Document Management – Receive, review, register, and issue all TA-related documents (work packs, drawings, procedures, schedules) in accordance with document control procedures.
Version & Revision Control – Ensure only the latest approved revisions of documents are in circulation and maintain revision history logs.
Work Pack Control – Track preparation, issuance, and return of work packs; ensure completed work packs are properly signed off and archived.
Database & System Updates – Maintain electronic document management systems (EDMS) or project databases, ensuring accurate metadata entry and timely updates.
Distribution & Communication – Issue controlled documents to relevant stakeholders (internal teams, contractors, vendors) and track acknowledgments.
Archiving & Close-Out – Organize and archive all TA documents post-execution, ensuring proper retrieval for audits and future reference.
Compliance & Standards – Ensure all documentation follows company and regulatory standards, including safety and quality records.
Reporting & Tracking – Prepare document status reports, overdue document lists, and support audits or management reviews with accurate document records.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
5–10 years of experience in the oil and gas or construction industry
On-site project experience & TA experience is mandatory
