Lead Electrical Engineer

As an Engineer in the petrochemical sector, you play a leading role in the design, development and improvement of a plant and you work closely together on the largest projects. Together with a team of experts, you will provide efficient and sustainable solutions that meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• To perform and lead the design work of projects according to the agreed safety, quality, scope and time
• To act as a Discipline Lead of a electrical design team in your project
• Cooperate with other engineering disciplines
• To take part in design tasks
• To manage internal stakeholders, work-share partners and suppliers in your projects
• To collaborate and network inside Neste
• To implement and develop further electrical design engineering work methods systematically
• To develop oneself in both discipline specific technical competence, and leading design work and work-share partners
• articipate in execution planning and cost estimates

Requirements

• Power distribution and substations
• Process/Field Electrification
• Electric Heat Tracing
• Low current systems like Fire alarm systems, communication systems etc
• Hazardous area classification studies
