Proposal Manager / Technical Sales – Electric Steelmaking (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Acquisition, bid preparation, and development of technical proposals for electric steelmaking projects
• Development of sales strategies
• Conducting product and bid presentations for electric steelmaking solutions
• Preparation and execution of technical contract negotiations
• Preparation of cost calculations
• Collaboration with various departments and international locations throughout the sales process
• Leading bid projects in cooperation with other divisions and regions
• Close cooperation with technology and specialist departments
• Supporting project execution teams

Requirements

• Experience in acquisition and/or project planning of plants or plant components
• Completed technical education (HTL, FH, or university) is an advantage
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel (approx. 30%)
• Solution-oriented mindset, customer focus, result-driven approach, and strong organizational skills
• The minimum annual gross salary for this position is €52,000. A significantly higher salary is possible depending on qualifications and experience.
