Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• We seek an experienced Construction Manager with EPCm expertise to lead the construction of chemical facilities. The ideal candidate ensures safe, timely, and budget-compliant project delivery while maintaining quality standards.
• Lead construction within the EPCm framework for chemical industry projects.
• Enforce HSE compliance and industry regulations.
• Develop and manage construction schedules and budgets.
• Ensure quality standards through rigorous inspection and testing.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Oversee on-site activities, including workforce and material management.
• Mitigate risks and address project challenges effectively.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain documentation.
• Lead and mentor site teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Fluency in Dutch
• 8+ years of construction management experience in chemical or petrochemical projects, with 3+ years in EPCm.
• Knowledge of process equipment, piping, and instrumentation systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
• Willingness to travel.
