Study Phase: Manage construction-related works that occur during the study phase, providing early oversight to ensure smooth transitions into active project phases.
Tie-Ins: Oversee the execution of 40 tie-ins during the planned October 2025 shut down, ensuring that all activities meet safety, quality, and timing standards.
Post-Shut Down: After the shut down, manage ongoing construction activities related to the project, which includes building a new structure and the installation of 5 heat exchangers and 10 vessels.
Full-Time Expansion: If the project secures FID, responsibilities will likely grow into a full-time position extending for over a year following the shut down.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, procurement, and site personnel, to ensure construction aligns with project goals and timelines.
Work closely with local site management, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
Report regularly on project progress, risks, and challenges to senior management.
Ensure that all safety and quality standards are rigorously applied throughout the project phases.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Construction Manager in industrial or chemical plant environments, particularly in handling tie-ins during shut down phases.
Experience with heat exchangers, vessels, and large industrial structures.
Ability to manage construction work during both study and active project phases.
Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with local and international teams.
Fluent in English; knowledge of German is highly desirable.
