Monitor social compliance systems (CI@W, withholding obligation checks, badging system, registration system) and identify/escalate any red flags;
Review and assess documents (A1 certificates, Limosa declarations, single permits, certificates of coverage) and verify them with experts and labor inspection authorities (RSZ) when necessary;
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports based on data from social systems;
Ensure and improve data quality within the systems.
Requirements
Hands-on attitude with strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Stress-resistant, with the ability to prioritize issues and resolve them pragmatically;
Proactive and capable of working independently (self-starter mindset);
Excellent verbal and written English; knowledge of Eastern European languages is a plus;
Previous experience in complex construction projects is a strong asset.
