Manage national and international projects for clients in the food and chemical industries.
Oversee projects up to €20 million, typically lasting one to two years.
Combine detailed engineering with project execution management, ensuring alignment with budget and planning.
Review and fine-tune process P&IDs to define project scope and technical details.
Select and negotiate with suppliers and manage the procurement of process equipment.
Collaborate closely with internal departments, including mechanical design, electrical design, automation, and construction.
Serve as the key point of contact for the client throughout the project lifecycle.
Organize and lead client meetings, such as kick-off sessions, design reviews, and other key milestones.
Ensure the successful delivery of projects in line with client expectations and company standards.
Requirements
As a Project Manager you own a higher technical degree (Master).
You have relevant experience in managing technical projects.
You have broad technical experience with general interest in process engineering.
Knowledge of electrical engineering or automation is an asset.
You have good communication skills and speak fluently Dutch and English.
Because of your commercial mindset, you understand the needs and expectations of your customer and behave like a partner.
You know how to keep an overview at all times and possess strong organizational skills. You can work independently and at all time keep focus on the planning.
You are willing to travel abroad for meetings with clients and suppliers, regarding an average of 3-5 days a month.
