Construction Manager E&I

Responsibilities

• The Construcrtion Manager is responsible for the execution and coordination of all Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) construction activities on a large-scale petrochemical project, ensuring safe, compliant, and timely delivery of the E&I scope.
• Supervise and coordinate E&I construction works (electrical installations, instrumentation, cabling, trays, panels, field devices).
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, codes, standards, and HSE requirements (IEC, ATEX, etc.).
• Interface with engineering, procurement, subcontractors, client, and commissioning teams.
• Review drawings, work packs, and method statements; support constructability and site issue resolution.
• Monitor progress, quality, and safety; report status and support punch list and pre-commissioning activities.
• Ensure proper documentation and as-built handover.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Proven E&I construction experience on large petrochemical / industrial projects.
• Strong site coordination, safety awareness, and communication skills.
